I asked for a WiFi password and was told and I quote “we don’t have one, just talk to each other” which made my day😂 staff stated they were short staffed and behind but that was wrong for us. We got our food within 10-15 minutes hot and fresh and was very satisfied with everything. Thanks for the great experience . I only rated this one star because those are the ones I usually read first

This place came highly recommended for breakfast. We were looking forward to going and had high hopes. The service was good. The eggs were served cold the pancake was plate size but it was stuck to the plate. You couldnt even scrape it off it was like they cooked it on the plate. You could only get the middle and top while the bottom stayed on the plate and it was under cooked. Extremely disappointed would never go back.

We just recently moved here and this has become one of our favorite spots. That was at least until today. I’d like to start by saying the food is almost always wonderful and the staff great. Until today. My family and I decided to go have lunch there as we have done the last 3 Saturday’s in a row. Saturday is the one day during the week when my family and I can sit down together and enjoy a meal together a week due to work and school . Usually we do breakfast but today we had a lot of stuff to do so we got lunch instead . I ordered the special and asked to sun mashed potatoes for French fries , gravy on the side. My food didn’t arrive as I ordered it. My waitress offered to fix it but seeing as my family already had their food I declined. My family was already eating and halfway done with their food. So I sat there. Not eating it because by the time this waitress would have brought it the rest would be cold. I didn’t complain to the waitress or a manager. I just mentioned to my husband I was miffed at having to pay full price for a meal I wasn’t going to eat. All of a sudden she comes back with the part of the order that I declined. I told her she should not have done that because I was not going to eat it. As she’s walking away she says “ I don’t see what the problem is , it’s the same meal “ loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. I’ve never been treated like that at a restaurant in my entire life. She boxed up the food brings it back and said in the most condescending tone I have ever heard “ Here you go , sorry I ruined your day “ by this time I was furious and replied “ you didn’t ruin my day just my lunch “. Then I hear her ( from across the restaurant) complaining to her little waitress friends about me and that I had the audacity to be upset with my experience. I’ve been a server and done customer service all of my life . I did not complain to her or the staff. The only person I told I was upset was my husband so it’s not like I was causing a scene. I expressed to my husband that it was extremely rude of her to complain about me within earshot. I was so upset I left the food there. I ended up paying $40 for a bowl of chilli , ( husbands order ) and chicken strips and fries ( our daughters order ) Misty’s Menu I love your establishment , the food is almost always wonderful. The staff is usually upbeat and accommodating. But I was appalled at the lack of customer service today and the fact that her disgusting behavior was tolerated . To the lady who was my server ( red hair , floral printed dress , lots of tattoos ) you need lessons in customer service. Your behavior should not be tolerated at all. I’m sad we have to find a new Saturday spot

First timer, I was in town on a work trip & was recommended to stop here. Waitress gave me the "business" about my horrible parking job. Customers chatting with me, I felt like a regular. Felt like family, diners like this are hard to find nowadays. Great prices, my lunch came super fast. I had so much fun, I almost didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area.
